Rates are subject to change at any time. Online reservations offer special rates that cannot be applied over the phone. A driver’s license must be valid in Europe and held for at least two years. The minimum age to rent is 21.
Our rates include:
- Unlimited mileage.
- Second driver.
- Child seats and booster seats.
- Third-Party Liability Insurance (CDW).
- Car Theft (TP).
- Personal Injury (PAI).
Does not include:
- Damage to the rental vehicle.
- Damage to the underbody of the vehicle.
- Broken rims and tires.
- Lost or broken keys.
- Incorrect refueling.
- Local tax.
Our insurance rates are:
- Mandatory insurance with third-party liability, collision damage (CDW).
- Car theft (TP).
- Personal injury (PAI)
With the option to pay extra insurance, which would cover damage to the car and its occupants (SCDW), which would be €11.41 for the Economy, Compact, and Family groups, €12.62 for the Intermediate and Sport Cabrio groups, and €22.64 for the Minivan group, all per day.
We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.
No payment will be made online. The charge will be made at our offices upon pickup. The vehicle will be delivered to any of our offices, the airport, or a hotel. It is recommended that you present your reservation confirmation before pickup.
Child seats (Single Seat 9-18 kg) and child booster seats (18-36 kg) are offered free of charge for reservations made online.
For online reservations, we will offer a special 7×5 rate, applying the 5-day rate to reservations made for 7 days, with the condition that the customer is required to purchase SCDW comprehensive insurance for the 7 days.
Our hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Car returns accepted outside of these hours will incur an additional charge of €15.
The customer must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was delivered.
Cars cannot be transported to other islands than the one where they were rented.
Personal data provided through the website will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
The driver is criminally liable for violations committed while driving the vehicle (fines, parking, etc.) in accordance with the Highway Code and other current legal provisions.
Only as many people may travel in the vehicle as the number of authorized seats. Otherwise, in the event of a complaint or accident, the renter will be held responsible.
Espa-rent S.L. reserves the right to require the renter to pay a deposit it deems appropriate, which will be stated in the rental agreement.
It is expressly prohibited:
- Pushing or towing another vehicle.
- Driving on unpaved roads.
- Transferring, lending, or subleasing a vehicle.
